The rules of the game, written in language you can actually understand.

1. What ProcureClaw is

ProcureClaw is a platform for creating, managing, and sharing business offers. We provide AI-assisted offer generation, hosting, tracking, and collaboration tools. We are a tool — the content of your offers is your responsibility.

2. Your account

  • •You must provide accurate information when signing up
  • •You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • •One account per person (though multiple people can be in one organisation)
  • •You must be 18+ to use the platform

3. Your content

  • •You own everything you create on ProcureClaw (your offers, your data, your uploads)
  • •You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service
  • •We do not claim any ownership over your content
  • •You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ProcureClaw to:

  • •Send spam or unsolicited offers
  • •Host malicious content
  • •Impersonate other companies
  • •Do anything illegal
  • •Attempt to access other users' data

Basically: don't be terrible. The bar is low.

5. AI-generated content

  • •Our AI generates offer content based on your input
  • •You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing
  • •AI can make mistakes — review everything, especially numbers, names, and commitments
  • •We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content

6. Payment & billing

  • •Pricing is per seat, per month, billed monthly or annually
  • •We'll notify you of price changes 30 days in advance
  • •You can cancel anytime — your account remains active until the end of the billing period
  • •No refunds for partial months (but if something's really wrong, email us and we'll figure it out)

7. Uptime & availability

  • •We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
  • •We'll notify you of planned maintenance
  • •If something breaks, we'll fix it as fast as humanly possible

8. Liability

  • •ProcureClaw is provided “as is”
  • •We're not responsible for deals lost, offers rejected, or clients unimpressed — those are the realities of business
  • •Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months

9. Termination

  • •You can delete your account at any time
  • •We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • •On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll give you notice. Continued use means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
